Refund and Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of your order’s delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with price tags.

Customer Can initiate a return request on the following circumstances: Item delivered is damage/defective (or) incorrect item delivered.

Continuous Parcel opening video is must for any return request.

Customer has to raise a return request in their dashboard & update the return reason. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.

Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only on items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they are found to be defective or damaged.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate apparel such as lingerie or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during special promotional events where it is clearly stated that all sales are final

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please email our customer support at support@thedesifab.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the refund.
  • Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If the product is not eligible for a refund (due to condition or return policy violations), it will be returned to you at your expense.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
